Our Mission
Dialogkraft Europa e.V. transforms dialogue into collective action. We build lasting connections between culture, civil society, research, and local communities to strengthen democratic participation, social cohesion, and European solidarity.
Rooted in transnational cooperation and with a strong focus on Ukraine and Eastern Europe, we create platforms where cultural exchange, critical reflection, and collaborative initiatives can respond to the urgent social and political challenges of our time – from war and displacement to memory, resilience, and post-war reconstruction.
Through interdisciplinary projects, public programmes, and international partnerships, we foster sustainable forms of cooperation that bring Europe closer together from the local level upward.

KARTA: Ukrainian Decolonial Thought
An open-access knowledge-transfer project that introduces key texts and concepts of contemporary Ukrainian decolonial thought.
A Ukrainian from Wiesbaden: Pavlo Skoropadskyj
A public history and cultural dialogue project that explores the intertwined histories of Ukraine and Germany through the life of Pavlo Skoropadskyj, bringing together historical research, artistic practice, and community engagement to make Ukrainian presence and memory visible within the urban space of Wiesbaden.
Artistic Dialogues: Ukrainian Art Across Europe
Artistic Dialogues is an ongoing project by Dialogkraft Europa that supports Ukrainian and diasporic artists through exhibitions, artistic pop-up events, and public cultural programmes across Europe.
