Dialogkraft Europa e.V.

Mission & Values

Democratic Resilience

We believe that democratic societies depend on active civic participation, open dialogue, and the protection of cultural and intellectual freedom. Through public programmes, cultural initiatives, and transnational cooperation, we strengthen democratic values and social resilience across Europe.

Cultural Dialogue

We create spaces where different histories, experiences, and perspectives can meet through culture, research, and public exchange. Our work fosters meaningful dialogue between communities and contributes to a more connected and pluralistic European society.

Visibility & Representation

We amplify underrepresented voices and perspectives, particularly from Ukraine and Eastern Europe, and work to make their cultural, historical, and social experiences visible within broader European discourse.

European Solidarity

We believe that Europe’s future depends on cooperation, mutual responsibility, and solidarity across borders. Our projects connect people, institutions, and communities to build long-term partnerships and strengthen social cohesion in Europe.

Our Story

Dialogkraft Europa was founded on a simple conviction: dialogue has the power to connect people across borders and to shape a shared European future.
Established in 2025 by Ewgenij Gepper and Olena Gepper, the organisation brings together different professional experiences, cultural perspectives, and transnational biographies. Ewgenij Gepper, an artist and architect, has lived and worked in Frankfurt am Main for decades while maintaining a strong connection to his Ukrainian roots. Olena Gepper, a human geographer and academic project coordinator, has spent more than fifteen years working in Germany in the fields of international research, cultural cooperation, and project development.
As representatives of an established Ukrainian diaspora in Germany, we see it as our responsibility to create cultural and social bridges that strengthen dialogue, mutual understanding, and Ukraine’s integration into the European community.

Dialogkraft Europa is built as an interdisciplinary platform that brings together professionals from fields including culture, academia, education, social work, project management, logistics, culinary arts, architecture, and community engagement. What unites us is a shared belief that sustainable solutions emerge through cooperation across disciplines, sectors, and social experiences.
Today, we are a growing team of around fifteen people with diverse professional backgrounds, strong international networks, and a shared commitment to investing our time, knowledge, experience, and capabilities into building meaningful cultural and civic initiatives across Europe. We see Dialogkraft Europa not only as an organisation, but as an open and evolving community, and we are always happy to welcome new people who want to contribute to our mission and grow together with us.
