Dialogkraft Project Lab

We are also currently developing the concept for a YouTube podcast focused on the realities of building and sustaining new diaspora organizations in Germany and Europe. The platform will explore topics such as civic engagement, funding structures, project development, cultural management, European cultural trends, migration, and contemporary social and cultural debates from the perspective of emerging Ukrainian diaspora initiatives.
As a relatively young organization ourselves, we do not claim to have all the answers. Instead, we see this initiative as a space for shared learning, open dialogue, and exchange between people and organizations navigating similar challenges across civic, cultural, and institutional contexts.

Through conversations with researchers, cultural practitioners, civil society actors, diaspora organizations, and cultural institutions, we aim to create an accessible and collaborative platform that supports knowledge exchange, practical experience sharing, and the development of sustainable forms of civic and cultural cooperation in Europe.
For the further development of the project, we are currently looking for cooperation partners, researchers, media professionals, cultural institutions, foundations, and supporters who would be interested in discovering and shaping this platform together with us.
