We are pleased to share that Olena Gepper, project manager and developer at Dialogkraft Europa e.V., has been selected to participate in the UA NEXT program in Germany.
UA NEXT is an initiative aimed at supporting active Ukrainians living in Germany who seek to strengthen Ukrainian community networks, advocate for the needs of the diaspora, and build sustainable connections between Ukrainians and local communities. The program focuses on advocacy, public diplomacy, communication, civic engagement, and the development of educational, social, and cultural initiatives.
The project is implemented by the Association of Innovative and Digital Education with the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, the Ministry of Social Policy, Family and Unity of Ukraine, and the Embassy of Ukraine in the Federal Republic of Germany.
The six week training program includes webinars, practical case studies, workshops, and public communication training designed to support the development of civic leadership and long term community initiatives in Germany.
For Dialogkraft Europa e.V., participation in UA NEXT represents an important opportunity to further strengthen our work in the areas of diaspora engagement, project development, cultural dialogue, and civic cooperation within European contexts. It also creates valuable opportunities for exchange with other Ukrainian initiatives and community leaders across Germany.
